Refund Policy

1. Domain Registration
Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers are non-refundable once successfully completed, as these transactions are processed instantly with third-party registrars.
(This exception is acceptable if clearly stated — Paddle allows non-refundable domain names because of their nature.)

2. Hosting Services (Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, etc.)

A. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Eligibility:

• Applies to new purchases of hosting services only.

• Does not apply to renewals, domain registrations, software licenses, or service upgrades.

B. Cancellation After 14 Days
You may cancel your hosting service at any time after the initial 14 days. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund, but your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, log in to your customer billing portal or contact us at support@creativeitsolutions.us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
